As a transplant from Pittsburg, I have never seen such landscapes even though my wife and I drove from Pittsburgh the Tucson. The surrounding countryside including Navaho Mountain is awe inspiring. This experience is more than a three-hour tour (I am old enough to remember Gilligan’s Island!) it is a glimpse into a culture that is forgotten, way of life that values the land and surroundings. The photos were amazing and, in every way, showed the beauty of the Canyon.

Our tour guide was Van, he had extensive knowledge of the Canyon and Navaho culture. The Canyon X Tour with optional photo upgrade is well worth the added expense and more than lived up to the advertisement. All they offered was an apology for my inconvenience!! Horrible! I was ripped off! But Niagara Falls was great!' I hope I can spare someone the inconvenience & expense I went through. I made a mistake by booking with these people because the Jupiter people (that do the trip) said they haven't booked a Monday trip since the pandemic. There were some cheaper but I was traveling alone & the places were not in a good location. Then when i needed to book my hotel for another night I was shocked that it was $435. I didn't know if i would ever get on the east coast again. Several days prior they sent me an email saying that there were not enough people signed up & could I go the following day. I had my airline & an extra hotel day booked. It was scheduled for the date my fall colors trip ended.
